Grossmont High School 3-D Design

Online grades are posted as of 10/4/10.  The initial bisque grading of the pinch pot assignment is now included in these grades.  We will begin a glaze kiln on wednesday,  and should have the pinch pots completed totally by next week.

I am restructuring the Advanced class this year to allow some flexibility to the students in their exploration of clay.  As my Advanced students begin another year working with ceramics, they often have a desire to perfect a specific technique.  This system will allow for this while also holing them accountable for a body of work they will be required to complete in the semester.   Students today will be choosing one focus,  and will be accountable for producing the body of work described below.

You will need to click on the grades link on the top of this page,  or click on this link to access the grades program. GRADES

Once you are in the grades page,  select the period that your student has my class. You then enter their last mane,  and password  (this will be their student number) .

Your student’s grade is at this point based on a very limited number of projects, and may not  accurately reflect their progress at this point. Our first project will not be graded until next week,  and will have a profound effect on the grades.
